Younger Lives win funding from Pfizer for important new Heart Age initiative

We are proud to announce that along with C3 and Smart Health Solution, we have been selected by Pfizer to develop an important new Heart Age initiative. This shared decision making initiative will equip nurses and pharmacists with the tools they need to help patients reduce manage their blood pressure and risk of heart disease, stroke and dementia.
