We recently presented the results of our Share The Pressure 2021 pilot program at the British and Irish Hypertension Society Conference.
Following a full evaluation of the pilot, we were excited to find that Health Care Professionals recognised Share the Pressure as a useful digital tool for supporting shared decision making with their patients, especially in the new digital reality forced by the COVID-19 pandemic.
